We believe all genders should have equal political, economic, and social rights and opportunities. The Feminist Circle is our way of documenting inequalities as we see and experience them, while exploring ways to move forward together and celebrating those who are making a difference. We’d love to hear from you at

Bryony Seager

Born and bred in England. Pint sized person with a big mouth. Bryony has been learning about feminism, and feminist issues, since her early teens, and continues to be vocally outraged about what she sees and experiences. She writes for this blog in the hope that by spreading information, and the work of some truly amazing women, then progress can be made towards a better society for all.

Anna Meng

Born to Chinese and German parents, Anna grew up in China, Germany and France before moving to England for University, where she met Bryony and was introduced to feminism. Several years of mounting frustration later, she now writes and designs for this blog as a way to contribute to and hopefully speed up the fight for equality.

  • Last week I headed to a #grassroots protest about the fight for women's #pensions in the UK. On #iwd2019 lots of these protests were held up and down the country in small towns, to spread the message of the cause and the inequality caused.
Many of these #waspi and #backto60 women are using their political voices for the first time as they fight for their #rights to access their pension.
